Upon arrival in Lhasa, you’ll explore the iconic landmarks like the Potala Palace and the Jokhang Temple, and enjoy a leisurely ‘Tibetan afternoon tea’ in a local teahouse to experience the daily life of the locals.

Then, you’ll continue the journey west to Shigatse, the seat of the Panchen Lama and the cultural heart of central Tibet. While strolling through the alleys of Tashilhunpo Monastery, you’ll indulge in the serenity with local pilgrims and lamas.

Then, you’ll head to Gala Peach Blossom Village, the main venue of the Nyingchi Peach Blossom Festival. The charming Tibetan village is famous for its thousands of wild peach trees. When the blossoms burst into bloom in spring, the entire village becomes a pink sea of flowers, resembling a hidden paradise.

After completing your travel permits in Nyingchi, you’ll take a drive towards Lulang Forest. En route, you’ll pass Sejila Mountain Pass. If the weather permits, you can see the majestic Mount Namcha Barwa rising like a flame above the sea of clouds.

Keep crossing the dense forests, you’ll finally reach the renowned Lulang Forest, where pastures, farmland, and small villages stretch for over ten kilometers beneath the snow-capped mountains and towering woods.

Upon arrival in Lulang, you’ll check in at a local homestay-kind Hotel, staying amid these idyllic meadows, at the foot of the forest and beside the pastures, where sunset paints the snowy peaks in golden light.

For dinner, you’ll visit a local Tibetan family on the pasture to enjoy homemade bread, Tibetan black pork, and regional dishes.
